| Frank (Maronski) passed away this morning at his home in Southern California. He was a
former NASCAR Southwest Tour car owner for his son, Frank Jr.
He was one hell of a guy, old school racer, he wil be missed by many
heart felt condolences to all of his family. May he RIP

I'm very sorry for your loss, Frank has been a good friend for a lot of years & I'll miss him coming by the shop and hearing all those bitchen stories about the Southwest tour, especially when they said Frankie's car wouldn't fit the template & Big Frank came unglued & grabbed a hammer & fixed it right in front of the Nascar Officials, old school rules. He built all my big block motors when I ran figure 8 in the '80's & I remember one Friday night Rip Michaels said I could drive his pure stock but we didn't have a carburetor so Frank gave me one! God Bless You Frank!
