| Max Helton went home to be with our Lord at 5pm on Sunday, March 30th after many months of battling cancer. He passed away peacefully at home with family by his side.
Max along with four NASCAR drivers and their wives started Motor Racing Outreach in 1988.
Please continue to lift up the Helton family in your prayers.

Max Helton passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday evening March 30th, following a heroic battle with brain cancer. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jean, along with four daughters and nine grandchildren.

Max started out at our church here in Glendora. I spent time with him whenever he came back to visit. Our prayers go out to his family at this time and I thank the Lord for Max's dedication and determination to the MRO. - j.turrigiano
